Asia-Pacific Orienteering Championships

This event began as the Pacific Orienteering Championships in 1980, and has since become the Asia-Pacific Orienteering Championships. Asia-Pacific titles are reserved for those from Asia or countries bordering the Pacific Ocean (since 1992, this has been interpreted to exclude those from the European part of Russia), but the event itself is open to all. A full range of age classes is normally run.

There is an individual and a relay. In theory, all three members of a relay team should come from the same country in order to comprise an official team. Asia-Pacific Championship teams must consist of three members from the same Asia-Pacific country. In some years, the individual has been a two-day event. The event is held every two years.

Only the M/W21A relay is an 'official' team competition.

Only a few results are available at present.
