• When did I become a Christian
  • I became a Christian when I was 5 because my mum became a Christian then. Actually, there is an interesting story about how we became Christians. When I was 3 and my sister was 18 month, my mum and dad were a weekend couple because of my dad's work. On a holiday, my family went to a zoo, and there were ten thousands of people. My dad was having my sister on his shoulders, but my sister insisted on standing by herself, so Dad put her down. While my dad was pointing out the bears, she disappeared!! We were all so shocked and started to look for her. We couldn't see her anywhere. I remember that Mum and I shouted my sister's name with so fast beating heart at one of the main gates. There my mum prayed to God if God allowed us to find my sister, Mum would live as He wanted her to live. About 1 hour later, my aunty found her in a man's overcoat. She saw a little bit of my sister's jacket shown out of his overcoat. Without asking, my aunty graped and opened the man's overcoat, and there was my sister crying. The man fled while my aunty was taking her. We were all overwhelmed by joy to find her, and my mum forgot her promise. However, God didn't forget it and called her plus me and my sister 2 years later. My dad also has been coming to church over the last 10 years, and we are longing for him to meet Jesus Christ personally.

  • my Korean church - Choong-Hyun Presbyterian Church in Seoul, Korea is one of the biggest presbyterian churches in Korea. It was established in 1945. The first minister, Mr. Chang-In Kim had to go to Manjuria to avoid the persecution happening because of not bowing to the Japenese national idol "Shin-To" , and after Korea recovered the indepence he started to worship Jesus in a tent in Seoul. Now, the number of congregation is about 10,000, and there are 5 sunday worship services. The reason why I started to go to this church was there were messages focused on Jesus Christ and efforts to get to know Him better.

  • Even though the church is big, actually, I don't know a lot of people there - but I like them because I know they love Jesus. Do you want to see me with my church friends at a camp? Go!
